At Olympus Meals, we are committed to delivering fresh, nutritious meals and services to our customers promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for meal deliveries, personal training services, and catering events.
1. Meal Deliveries

Delivery Areas: We offer meal delivery services throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area. To confirm if we deliver to your specific location, please enter your ZIP code during the ordering process on our website.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Customers can select their preferred delivery window during checkout, subject to availability if they ordered a subscription plan.

Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 6.00 PM Pacific Time will be processed for next delivery day selected on the website: Monday or Thursday.

Third-Party Delivery Services: For same-day or expedited delivery, we partner with third-party services such as Uber Eats. Availability and fees for these services may vary based on your location and the selected platform.
2. Personal Training Services

Service Areas: Our personal training services are available within the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your specific location.

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the client and the trainer. Clients will receive a confirmation email with session details upon booking.

Travel Fees: For in-home training sessions located more than 15 miles from our central office, a travel fee of $10 will be applied.
3. Catering Services

Service Areas: We provide catering services throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area. For events outside this area, please contact us to discuss potential accommodations and any additional fees.

Event Confirmation: A signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the total catering cost are required to confirm an event booking. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the event date.

Delivery and Setup: Catering orders include delivery, setup, and breakdown services. Specific arrangements will be detailed in the catering contract.
4. General Provisions

Delivery Instructions: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address, contact number, and any special instructions. Olympus Meals is not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the package at the specified location, provided it is safe to do so. Olympus Meals is not responsible for the condition of meals left unattended.

Weather and Unforeseen Events: In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen events, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify customers of any changes to the delivery schedule as soon as possible.
