Olympus Meals Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Olympus Meals, we are committed to providing exceptional meal services, personal training programs, and catering solutions. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:
1. Meal Subscription Plans

Non-Returnable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our meal products, we do not accept returns once meals have been delivered.

Cancellation Policy:
- Weekly Subscriptions: Customers may cancel their weekly meal subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming week, cancellations must be made before Wednesday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Cancellations made after this cutoff will apply to the following week's delivery.
- Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly plans, cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

Refunds:
- Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed and is in preparation or transit, it is non-refundable.
- Unprocessed Orders: If a cancellation is made before the order is processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
2. Personal Training Services

Session Cancellation by Client:
- 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session without penalty.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the client being charged the full session fee.

Session Cancellation by Trainer:
- If Olympus Meals cancels a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will receive one complimentary session in addition to the rescheduled session.

Refunds for Training Packages:
- Unused Sessions: Clients may request a refund for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase. A processing fee of 10% of the total package price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Used Sessions: Refunds are not available for partially used training packages. Clients are encouraged to complete all purchased sessions.
3. Catering Services

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the total catering cost is required to confirm an event booking.

Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 15 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable.

Specialty Items: Any specialty food items or equipment rentals procured specifically for the event are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule an event. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. If the rescheduled event is subsequently canceled, the original cancellation policy will apply based on the initial event date.
4. Corporate Catering Services

5. General Provisions

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, Olympus Meals may, at its discretion, offer refunds or credits. Documentation may be required.

Policy Changes: Olympus Meals reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email and through updates on our website.
